I have limited time slots to fill for a few lucky ladies. This is a 30 minute personal training session customized for you. All sessions are held virtually through FaceTime or Zoom. Please come warmed up and be prepared to cool down independently post session.
Cancellation Policy
For emergency reschedules with less than 8 hours notice please contact Christine De Souza directly. Late cancels and chronic late rescheduling will result in loss of session without refund.
