Juicing...a new holiday tradition?

No Waste Juicing turns your crisp healthy holiday juice into cranberry sauce that is the talk of the table. It's simple, quick, fresh & cheap.

What you will need

A Juicer

A small pot

Two bags of Fresh Cranberries

2 Oranges

Sugar to Taste

Maple Syrup

Red Grapes

Optional

Cinnamon & Cloves

Shredded unsweetened coconut

Bubbly seltzer

Step 1.

Wash your produce with water or even add a little vinegar to be thorough

Step 2

Run all of your cranberries through the juicer twice to be sure to get all the juice. Set aside for use in your fabulous cranberry sauce.

Step 3.

Run 2-3 cups of grapes through the juicer & add 1-2 Tblsp. of Pure Maple Syrup.

Step 4.

Drink up.

IF YOU THINK SPICE IS NICE

Simmer the juice of 1 orange with a cinnimon stick & cloves for 5 minutes. Once it is cooled you can add it to your chilled juice along with some orange seltzer or you can slightly heat it up and serve it warm. Cut with water or seltzer as desired.

Punch bowl or pitcher this will be a refreshing beverage option.

Time to bring on the Cranberry Sauce. This is so easy...soooo easy.

NO NOT QUITE THIS EASY< BUT LET'S PUT OUR HEART INTO IT!

Step 1.

Grab a medium sized sauce pan and put it on a low fire.

Step 2.

Add Cranberry remains, sugar, zest of 1 orange, juice of 1 orange. As an option you can add a few tablespoons of unsweetened coconut as well to give it that unique flavor combination that makes this the talk of the table. Let this all simmer until the cranberries break down to your desired texture. If you are not a fan of the texture simply run it through the bullet or the blender.

Step 3.

Chill & Serve
