Day 27 of Merry Motivation
In the quiet of the morning, silently roll out your mat and feel the cushion under your toes as you breathe deep into this workout while the rest of the house is still sleeping. 25 is your magic number today.... rest as needed, but push your threshold. This should take between 30 - 40 minutes. Enjoy.
25 Static Lunges on your right side
Plank and hold for 25 full seconds
25 Tricep Pushups on your knees or on your hands
25 Static Lunges on your left side
Plank and hold for 25 full seconds
25 Side Plank hip drops right. Use back foot for support if needed and if you do, don't forget to squeeze your buns
25 Scapula squeezes sitting tall Indian style.
25 Side Plank hip drops left. Same applies for this side...Squeezed your sides and your buns.
25 leg lifts on all 4's right side. You can choose to do these in downward dog position if preferred.
25 Crown Push ups in downward dog.
25 leg lifts on all 4's left side You can choose to do these in downward dog position if preferred.
25 Alternating back leg Attitudes while in an elbow supported piked plank. Drop your knees lightly to transition.
