Clean Eating Challenge w/ Christine De Souza
Starting Monday January 4th I invite you to join me in a clean eating challenge through the end of the month. The group has been created on Meallogger. You can download the app or join online at meallogger.com Once you join, simply search groups for " Clean Eating Challenge with Christine De Souza ". Using this app we will simply be taking photos of our food and sharing it with the group. No need to censor your meals wink! We want to see it all. Share your successes, challenges and recipes along the way.
This is a group to develop clean eating habits in a judgement free zone. Logging meals in a group brings awareness, creative cooking ideas and accountability. Friendly accountability and motivation naturally generates a higher rate of success with whatever your goals may be. Over time these consistent habits can be life changing.
